Meet The Team….

Our team

Exec Director

Sam Tucker

Hey, I have been with Simpatico for nearly ten years! Starting as a role player I saw first-hand the power communication skills training can give to individuals. Watching the transformation of candidates was inspiring and I developed a deep-rooted passion for this work.

Even today I and the other members of the core team still take part in sessions as believe it is important to continue to be connected to our actors on the front line and doing this work enables us to evolve as the landscape changes.

My approach combines practical techniques with engaging learning experiences ensuring candidates not only grasp the concepts but also apply them to real-world scenarios. My goal is foster environments where open dialogue, active listening and constructive feedback thrive.

When I am not conducting Simpatico work I am an actor and you might see me on the TV, on the proviso you dont blink when I flash across the screen. I am a huge foodie and love to run! So if you want to chat about booking in a session or ask me a recipe for a mid week meal, drop us an email for a chat !

Founder

Steve Attmore

Steve established Simpatico Roleplay Agency in 2002. He chose the name to reflect the nature of our work and to reflect his initials, SRA.

Steve worked mainly single handedly to grow the company for 11 years before expanding the Director base in October 2013. In 2016 Simpatico Roeplay Agency Ltd was established, and since then Steve has taken more of a background role. He remains a shareholder in the company and although supposedly retired, he keeps busy with four part-time jobs - including roleplaying for the Agency.

He continues to offer his advice and assistance when requested and will always be known as the founder of Simpatico Roleplay Agency Ltd.
